Lotus Domino Migrator
Migrate Lotus Notes & Domino Server to Outlook, Exchange Server & Office 365

Step 1: Launch the software and click on Select NSF File(s) radio button. Fill the credentials to access your Notes account. Click on Add File/Folder button to select one or multiple NSF files and then click on Next button to proceed.

Step 2: After selecting the files, click on the desired radio button to export Lotus Notes NSF files to Outlook PST, Live Exchange & Office 365.

Step 3: Export to PST: After clicking the PST radio button, you can select data items to export from Lotus Notes to Outlook. You can also split the large PST file and save to the desired location. Click on Export button to convert NSF file to PST.

Step 4: Export to Exchange: You need to enter the Admin credentials and IP address with the version of the Exchange server to login. You need to authenticate the Exchange mailbox in which you want to export the data. You can apply filters to filter the data items to export. Click on Export button.

Step 5: Export to Office 365: Enter the credentials of Office 365 account to authenticate your account. You can also apply filters and select data items to export to Office 365. Click on Export button to process further.

Step 6: Now, your NSF database file will migrate to the desired email platform. The software will give notification of successful completion of the export process.

Step 1: Open Lotus Domino Server Converterand select the Domino Server radio button. Fill Domino Server IP address and password and click on the Login button to access all the mailboxes from the Domino server. Select the mailboxes you need to export and then click on Next button to proceed further.

Step 2: After selecting the mailbox(s), click on the desired radio button to export data from Domino to Outlook PST/Exchange/ Office 365.

Step 3: Export to PST: You need to click PST radio button to export Domino mailboxes to Outlook. You can select data items by applying the filters. One can split the large PST file into small PST files to the desired location. Click on Export button to proceed.

Step 4: Export to Exchange: Enter the Admin credentials and IP Address along with the version of the Exchange server. Then click on Submit option to login. You can enter the name of the Exchange mailbox in which you want to export the data. Apply filters to select the data items to export. Click on Export button to proceed.

Step 5: Export to Office 365: Enter Office 365 credentials account to login your account. One can apply advance options to select data items to export to Office 365. Click on Export button to process further.

Step 6: Now, data from the mailboxes of Domino server will migrate to the desired email platform. You will get a notification of successful completion of the migration process.
